📋 Description

• Customize and implement off-the-shelf or paid solutions: • - Warehouse management systems (WMS) • - Order management systems (OMS) • - Last-mile routing systems • - AI-based automation (audio/text/video/image processing) • Drive technical integrations with large-scale B2B clients to ensure rapid go-to-market: • - Develop APIs, data exchange protocols, and integration tools. • - Integrate with existing client or third-party APIs/systems (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Maps). • - Develop toolkits for standard e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, etc. • - Co-define and enforce technical architecture and best practices with the CTO. • - Co-define the technical roadmap and lead the team to execute it. • - Oversee and maintain technology, data infrastructure, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer. • Hands-on experience with 3rd party integrations and APIs, including coordination with client/partner engineering teams. • Proven experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum ceremonies, Jira/ClickUp, Slack communication, and Git flow. • Preferred (Big Plus) Experience leading engineering teams. • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and deployment. • Experience in e-commerce or logistics systems. • Knowledge of Medusa, Magento, Shopify, or similar platforms.
