• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. • Minimum 5 years in sales within the plastics industry, ideally with transparent materials (e.g., acrylic, polycarbonate). • Experience working with distributors and direct customers. • Proven success in matrixed, multicultural environments. • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel/Pivot Tables); CRM and SAP experience preferred. • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international trips.
