• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention • Act as liaison between marketing, sales, and technology groups to align business and customer needs • Create annual marketing plans detailing new product development, pricing, promotion, and distribution channel development • Lead and manage the marketing function including market development, product management, marketing communications and technical support • Ensure use of rigorous marketing tools and best practices • Maintain a highly skilled and motivated marketing team; provide leadership, coaching and development opportunities • Actively participate as a member of the division's leadership team • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field (may consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) • 10+ years of related technical marketing experience in a business-to-business relationship • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience building and managing high performing teams • Experience in market development, product management, marketing communications and technical support • Ability to create annual marketing plans covering new product development, pricing, promotion, and distribution channels • Liaison experience between marketing, sales, and technology groups • Willingness/ability to travel approximately 50% • Experience participating as a member of a division leadership team
