📋 Description

• Lead and execute the quality assurance strategy for RoomPriceGenie software products, ensuring reliability and performance. • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans, with a focus on automated testing for software applications. • Write, maintain, and optimize automated tests while guiding and mentoring engineers on best practices. • Collaborate with software development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects efficiently. • Partner with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery. • Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and testing tools to improve efficiency and coverage. • Analyze, report, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal regression. • Create and maintain detailed testing documentation, including test scripts and reports. • Stay updated on industry trends and methodologies to continuously enhance QA processes. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing methodologies and quality assurance workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record in test automation and delivering high-quality software. • Hands-on experience automating build, test, and deployment processes. • Practical experience with automated testing tools such as BrowserStack, SauceLabs, Selenium, or Playwright. • Leadership experience: Ability to mentor engineers, define QA standards, and drive adoption of best practices. • Excellent communication skills—you can articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively. • High ownership mentality—you take pride in your work and see projects through to completion. • A true team player—egoless and empathetic, you thrive in a collaborative environment. • Fluent in English, with a knack for engaging in technical discussions. • Based in the European Time Zone (UTC+0 / UTC+2) to align with our team's schedules. • Eligibility to work where you live; the company does not offer sponsorship at this stage. • Nice to have: Hands-on experience with React, Python (Django), Gitlab, AWS.
