• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to scale e-commerce revenue to $50M+. • Oversee CRO initiatives to optimize conversion rates across the customer journey. • Partner with product, merchandising, CX, and logistics to optimize online operations and customer experience. • Identify new revenue opportunities through experimentation, A/B testing, and channel diversification. • Manage budget allocation across all marketing and growth initiatives. • Report on KPIs, insights, and strategy results to executive leadership. • Build and manage a high-performing growth team. • Analyze performance metrics, LTV, CAC, and funnel behavior to drive strategic decisions. • Own marketplace strategy where applicable (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.) to maximize reach and revenue. • Lead performance marketing across all digital channels (paid search, paid social, email/SMS, affiliates, retargeting).
• 5–7+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth leadership. • Strong expertise in performance marketing across multiple digital channels. • Experience with A/B testing, CRO tools, and analytics platforms. • Data-driven decision-making with expert proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Shopify data, etc.). • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities. • Deep understanding of LTV/CAC, attribution models, and customer acquisition funnels. • Proven ability to scale e-commerce revenue, ideally to $20M–$50M+ levels.
