📋 Description

• Lead the execution of the demand planning cycles in coordination with Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics, aligning plans with financial forecasts and business goals. • Own the end-to-end health of the inventory pipeline, identifying risks, closing gaps, and ensuring readiness to meet customer demand. • Proactively identify and implement process improvements that enhance planning accuracy, reduce costs, and increase agility. • Monitor and analyze financial performance against forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas of improvement and providing actionable recommendations. • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. • Manage and mentor a team of four analysts, supporting their development and aligning their efforts with department goals. • Provide support in preparing ad-hoc reporting and data analysis on an as-needed basis. • Get stuff done – be resourceful and plug in wherever needed, tackling difficult issues and challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Demand Planning, or related roles. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • CPA, MBA, or CFA designation a plus. • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, with a track record of building, maintaining, and updating complex models. • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, translating complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations. • A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to operate independently and solve complex, ambiguous problems. • A strong blend of financial acumen, supply chain awareness, and leadership capability to manage both strategic planning and day-to-day performance execution. • Exceptional communication skills, working effectively across teams to build trusted partnerships. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
