📋 Description
• Act as lead counsel for all real estate transactions and leases. • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts for the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial retail and industrial properties. • Manage the full life-cycle of contracts related to the company's real estate portfolio. • Provide proactive legal advice and counsel to management on legal and business matters, including contract risk allocation, contract structure, and emerging privacy laws. • Collaborate with RRD’s property management services provider.
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution. • 3–5 years of significant experience in a law firm or in-house corporate environment, with proven expertise in real estate transactions and lease negotiations. • Demonstrated experience working effectively with senior leadership, C-suite executives, and external parties.
