📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning, aligning with organizational goals, budget, and timeline • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workforce planning processes and integrate financial and operational strategies • Establish and manage program governance, project plans, business cases, milestones, and risk assessments • Guide working teams, facilitate decisions and activity completion, and foster collaboration • Support change management and adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning • Manage external vendors and consultants and ensure deliverables meet organizational standards • Support enterprise governance, operating model, and change controls after go-live • Develop enterprise requirements, standards, and success metrics for leadership reviews • Provide status updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, budgets, and outcomes • Travel up to 10%, or as needed

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience • Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience focused on HR or financial systems implementations and business transformation • Direct experience implementing an operational workforce planning solution or workforce planning technology platform such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Oracle • Demonstrated experience executing workforce planning processes post-implementation, not solely system deployment • Strong background in operational workforce planning process implementation, maturity, and execution • Demonstrated expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning • Ability to lead complex, end-to-end implementations • U.S. Person status required • Ability to travel up to 10%, or as needed
