📋 Description

• drive operational excellence and process compliance within the supply base through on site visits and assessments. • help key suppliers in the resolution of significant issues. • coordinate and resolve company/department wide risks/obstacles to ensure manufacturing, supply chain, and delivery schedules. • report key suppliers’ progress to operational initiatives at executive reviews. • drive improvement of on time delivery and quality performance at multiple suppliers. • develop and drive quality improvement plans. Coordinates root cause identification and corrective actions. • lead onsite assessments with Buyers, Quality, and Engineering teams. • engage the senior management of key suppliers to initiate appropriate major improvement programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Supply chain, Business Management, or related field and 8 years of experience in Operations, Quality, and/or Continuous Improvement roles; or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience. • U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. • Reside within the Midwest, USA area (IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH SD, WI)
