📋 Description

• Communicate and translate technical data packages to suppliers • Conduct supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity and risk • Perform technical evaluations in support of cost and price analysis • Manage supplier requests for product and process changes • Manage non-conforming products • Drive root cause and corrective action • Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities • Collaborate with and mentor teammates • Communicate the technical health of our suppliers to stakeholders • Support domestic travel as needed (Approx 25%)

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) • a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience • Experience in at least one of the following: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing & quality systems and/or technical supplier management • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
