• Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively with a strong understanding of production execution along with PLM and MES integrations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage S/4HANA, enhancing our Plan to Sustain processes in alignment with desired RTX operating model and industry best practices. • Support the creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations. • Understanding of plant maintenance including planning, executing and tracking of preventive and correct maintenance. • Understanding of S4 production planning and execution including PLM and MES integration points. • Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. • Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies. • Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations and workflows deemed in scope for Plan to Sustain as part of the program. • Mentor less experienced team members in specific areas of the Plan to Sustain business process hierarchy. • Ensure that RTX is positioned for future success within all functional areas of Plan to Sustain. • Travel up to 25% or as needed.
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience. • U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. • Working knowledge of Plan to Sustain business processes and technical system knowledge in the following areas: Production Master Data - Material Masters, Bill of Materials, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Variant Configuration. • EH&S including Substance Volume Tracking and Dangerous Goods Management. • Manufacturing execution including Make to Stock, Make to Order, GPD/PMMO PLM and MES integrations. • Hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, IDOCs and/or APIs.
