📋 Description

• Use the SPAC Reviewer’s Checklist to review supplier proposals for compliance to the FAR and internal Raytheon pricing policies. • Communicate findings to both proposal analysts and acquisition professionals for reach back to suppliers. • Create the CAPA request form (SAA-002) form for cost analysis and Commercial Item Determination (CID) requests to SAA in support of Centralized Proposal Team (CPT) efforts. • Work closely with SAA. • Support supplier calls with the proposal analysts/acquisition professionals when necessary for Cost and Pricing Data questions/requirements. • Train Supply Chain personnel and suppliers on the Supplier Proposal Adequacy Checklist. • Provide monthly reporting on first pass metrics, highlighting suppliers that continuously submit cost and pricing data that does not meet FAR requirements. • Work special improvement projects with suppliers to refine their proposal process and to drive quicker cycle time to submit compliant proposals.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and 8 years related experience or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience. • Experience working in at least one of the following areas: Subcontractors’ proposal requirements • Supply Chain Operations or Product Line estimating • Cost Accounting or Auditing • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. • knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations
