📋 Description

• Provide technical direction and business guidance to regional sales team covering UK Public Sector • Drive technical programs, pipeline generation, customer demonstrations, and POCs alongside Account Executives • Evangelize, position, and architect Rubrik’s Data Resilience, Observability, and Remediation tools • Act as technical expert and consultant to develop solutions that meet customer technology and business requirements • Lead technical sales calls, whiteboarding/discovery sessions and make presentations to technical staff and senior management • Qualify sales opportunities on technical requirements, competition, decision-making process and funding • Serve as a trusted technology advisor and internal resource, building relationships with account teams, partners and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 5+ years of sales engineering experience preferably in cloud infrastructure, SaaS security or data centre • Strong expertise in Azure (priority) and/or AWS; familiarity with cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and cyber resiliency • High level of business acumen and experience working with CxO-level personnel • Personable, confident communicator able to engage technical staff and senior executives • Driven, energetic, hands-on “can do” approach; entrepreneurial and resourceful • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to handle multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow up • Ideally Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Public Sector background is a plus
