📋 Description
• Executive reporting: Create and maintain visually compelling and strategically sound presentations for senior leadership, translating complex and varying information into clear narratives • Data-driven analysis: Establish a structured approach to assess team impact based on strategic value, industry relevance, and measurable outcomes • Scalability and institutionalisation: Build a repeatable reporting model for highlighting CXO-driven transformation initiatives • Objectives and Key Results: Work across the Transformation team’s leaders to build, measure and track OKRs/KPIs on a monthly cadence • Financial reporting and budgeting: Work with the transformation team’s financial partner to bring transparency and reporting on previous spend, remaining budget and fiscal year forward budgetary planning • Cross-functional engagement: Align with sales, product management, customer success, and marketing teams to report across the transformation team’s interconnectivity • Ensure data consistency across multiple systems, e.g Salesforce, Asana, Google Sheets, and coordinate inputs across teams • Maintain centralised repositories for data, decks and metrics used by the CTxO and leadership team
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in executive reporting, business analytics and operations, preferably in enterprise software or cybersecurity • Proven ability to conduct Excel-based analyses • Proven ability to develop impactful presentation content for the executive level • Proficiency in presentation software (like PowerPoint), experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI a plus • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, data security, and enterprise cloud transformation • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders. • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex technical and business data and outcomes into insights that drive action at the highest levels. • High attention to detail and clear, concise communications with executive presence.
