• Monitor and analyze dispute and fraud metrics across multiple merchant accounts. • Create and maintain comprehensive weekly risk reports for stakeholders. • Perform deep-dive analyses into risk factors (countries, banks, BINs). • Track compliance with card scheme programs (VISA, Mastercard). • Identify emerging risk patterns and propose mitigation strategies. • Generate and maintain risk monitoring dashboards. • Provide data-driven recommendations for risk optimization. • Collaborate with payment processors on risk management initiatives. • Develop and implement early warning systems for risk metrics. • Create and automate reporting workflows for efficient monitoring.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in risk analysis, fraud prevention, or a similar role. • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling). • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis. • Experience with JSON data parsing and manipulation. • Experience with data visualization and reporting. • Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working with multiple stakeholders. • Proactive problem-solving approach.
