• Implement, configure, and optimize the Bitrix24 CRM. • Map and automate commercial and operational processes. • Integrate Bitrix24 with external systems via API (when necessary). • Create dashboards, reports, and custom workflows. • Provide user training and functional support. • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate deliveries.
