• Participate in weekly and daily meetings to track the status of features and integrations; • Draft weekly release communications and coordinate approvals with Product Owners and Product Managers; • Prepare and update release materials (presentations, release notes and executive summaries) in SharePoint; • Recreate scenarios in the test environment (MQA Salesforce) to document changes, capture screenshots and produce user-friendly explanations; • Facilitate the review and approval of release notes with Business Analysts and Product Owners; • Translate technical and business stories into clear, visual documentation for end users; • Monitor changes to stories during the release cycle and keep materials up to date
