📋 Description
• Participate in weekly and daily meetings to track the status of features and integrations; • Draft weekly release communications and coordinate approvals with Product Owners and Product Managers; • Prepare and update release materials (presentations, release notes and executive summaries) in SharePoint; • Recreate scenarios in the test environment (MQA Salesforce) to document changes, capture screenshots and produce user-friendly explanations; • Facilitate the review and approval of release notes with Business Analysts and Product Owners; • Translate technical and business stories into clear, visual documentation for end users; • Monitor changes to stories during the release cycle and keep materials up to date
🎯 Requirements
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and deliverables; • Experience in data analysis and in drafting technical and functional materials; • Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams; • Proficiency with SharePoint and the Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and change management practices; • Experience communicating releases and coordinating projects in a software development environment; • Familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe).
