• Configure and maintain Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) systems to support business operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system changes. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing and revenue management processes. • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices. • Stay updated on the latest Oracle BRM features and industry trends to enhance system performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience configuring and managing Oracle BRM. • Strong understanding of billing and revenue management processes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience with Oracle databases and SQL. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
