📋 Description

• Work closely with the team to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions. • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather business and technical requirements. • Translate business needs into high-level solution concepts, scope documents, and feature lists. • Develop presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients. • Collaborate with technical teams (developers, solution architects) to define the best approach for each project. • Assist in creating Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes when required. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience in pre-sales activities. • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). • Experience working with enterprise clients and custom software development projects in industries such as FinTech, Healthcare, or Logistics. • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting in the sales process. • Strong ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and business objectives. • Understanding of API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures (would be a plus). • Experience in RFP/RFI processes and proposal development. • Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro). • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. • Ability to estimate timeframes, costs, and resource needs for projects. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interactions. • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. • English Level C1 at least. • Knowledge of German/French Language would be a plus.
