• Set the overall Programmatic & Direct media strategy to drive client business outcomes, leading to client retention, cross-sell revenue growth, and securing net new business opportunities. • Act as a sponsor and point of escalation for key accounts running programmatic media • Implement internal processes to improve workflow and efficiency across the P&M team and other internal groups • Manage team bandwidth, resource planning, and account allocations • Provide subject matter expertise on executing programmatic and direct media campaigns across different platforms and publishers • Participate in thought leadership and act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal and external opportunities (ie, speaking engagements) • Drive the overall vision for the team and support any shifts in go-to-market strategy as the industry evolves
• 10+ years of experience in media planning and programmatic display, native, video, CTV, and audio • 5+ years of direct people management experience, managing a team of at least 10 people • Experience working with at least two of the following: DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, StackAdapt and opinions on when to use one over the other • Experience presenting programmatic and/or direct media performance and strategy in a client-facing situation to senior leadership • Very high attention to detail and ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information • A general understanding of Search and Social digital media tactics and how they interact with programmatic media • Solid grasp of the leading DSPs in the market and a clear recommendation for when to implement PMP and PG in media plans • Understanding of analytic platforms such as Google Analytics and advanced measurement such as MTA and MMM
