📋 Description

• Lead large-scale architectural changes that span multiple teams and systems, ensuring they evolve toward simplicity, scalability, and testability • Multiply effectiveness through automation, tooling, and good defaults • Support cross-team alignment and help teams navigate trade-offs • Coach engineers in XP practices applied in real contexts • Model sustainable, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement • Partner with product and leadership to balance priorities and technical health

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience designing and shipping complex systems • Expertise in distributed systems, performance, and scalability • Strong coding ability in our stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Golang, AWS) • Proven track record of leading major architectural initiatives • Proven mentorship and coaching ability • Ability to align technical strategy with business outcomes • Clear, persuasive communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
