⢠Partner with Innovation Committee stakeholders, partners, vendors, and customers to execute and monitor approved product initiatives on the Product Roadmap ⢠Build, prune, and prioritize the Product Backlog ⢠Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams ⢠Manage assigned product initiatives through completion and support the product requirements lifecycle ⢠Develop plans, scope, schedules, and tasks for product initiatives ⢠Validate releases against acceptance criteria before inclusion in the product baseline ⢠Act as champion and subject matter expert for assigned products ⢠Analyze market trends, anticipate market needs, document emerging requirements, and translate them into solutions ⢠Identify product innovation and enhancement opportunities ⢠Conduct market studies and competitive analysis ⢠Plan, monitor, and report product performance KPIs ⢠Optimize gross profit margins through cost reductions, pricing adjustments, or market exits ⢠Develop business cases for roadmap items and monitor investment ROI ⢠Monitor product lifecycles and coordinate end-of-life analysis and strategies ⢠Analyze and adjust product-related business processes for profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction ⢠Support sales tools and collateral development ⢠Coordinate internal teams to deliver go-to-market plans ⢠Oversee alpha and beta deployments of new offerings ⢠Support sales and marketing by communicating requirements and system capabilities, attending client visits, and supporting sales efforts ⢠Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales training
⢠Minimum 5 years of demonstrated product leadership experience with a track record of consistent innovation ⢠Minimum 3 years of experience launching cross-functional product initiatives for SMBs and/or enterprise customers in the US market ⢠Minimum 5 years of strong technical experience, preferably in telecommunications or software development ⢠Experience with SD-WAN, SASE, Managed Security, Managed Networking (WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi), and/or Agentic AI products is a plus ⢠Experience with Confluence, Jira, Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro is a plus ⢠Strong understanding of telecommunications products and technologies, including voice, data, and layered services in cloud infrastructure ⢠Strong understanding of direct and wholesale sales models ⢠Experience driving cross-functional teams across all levels and functions ⢠Ability to develop business cases, product pricing and packaging strategies, and margin improvement initiatives ⢠Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills ⢠Ability to present complex information simply and persuasively to executive-level audiences ⢠Solid written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal interaction abilities ⢠Excellent documentation, analytical, modeling, and financial skills using Microsoft Office software ⢠Experience using Confluence and/or Jira is a plus ⢠Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing diverse priorities ⢠Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability ⢠Highly motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial approach
