📋 Description

• The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers • Multi-task on phone while accessing computers and multiple computer systems (including hardware/software) to retrieve information, and access/enter data into database or client management system • Process Information: Obtain and verify information or data from selected client’s knowledge database • First-Call Resolution: Manage and resolve customer issue(s) on initial call • Document Information: Enter, record and maintain customer information
