📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting. • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. • Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team. • Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system. • Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices. • Tailor workload (part-time or full-time) and coordinate with clinical directors; accept patients provided by Sailor Health.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy. • An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in the state of Maryland. • Experience working with the geriatric population. • Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus. • Clinicians must be willing to build at least 15 weekly sessions (We only work with clinicians looking to have at least 15 weekly sessions).
