📋 Description

• Serve as the first voice patients or their families hear when reaching out to Sailor Health • Guide older adults and caregivers through the mental health intake process • Provide patient support, care coordination, and emotional guidance • Help patients navigate their journey into care, including matching them with the right therapist • Ensure patients feel supported, confident, and understood throughout the process • Take initiative and help shape key processes as part of a small, agile team • Collaborate closely with a thoughtful, purpose-driven remote team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong empathy and clear communication skills • Active listening and ability to make people feel at ease during difficult or emotional conversations • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot • Ability to learn new software quickly • Interest in mental health and healthcare access • Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required • Must be based in Canada • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours • Full-time availability • Earliest potential start date required • Resume required • Introductory video required
