📋 Description

• Oversee daily on‑site construction activities, sequencing, and site logistics • Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety plans, and client standards • Act as the primary field point of contact between contractors, Salas O’Brien, and the client • Coordinate with all parties involved during construction phases • Lead weekly update construction conferences with the client • Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and support schedule adherence

🎯 Requirements

• Five years’ experience in the construction industry or as an engineering consultant. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using engineering tools and software to develop project schedules and track progress against milestones and deadlines. • Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm. • Initiative: Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.
