📋 Description

• Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers • Oversee the delivery of Signature obligations • Partner with key customers to execute strategic account plans • Cultivate trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders • Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, and Product teams • Partner closely with market leaders to evolve the Signature model

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in customer-facing leadership roles • At least 5 years managing sizable Customer Success teams • Deep understanding of the commercial engine behind a SaaS business • Proven track record of driving measurable results • Experience operating within Taiwan markets • Fluency in both Chinese and English
