📋 Description

• Lead customers through business, operations, and technology transformation in the Financial Services and Health and Life Sciences industries • Cultivate and oversee executive customer relationships and delivery of transformative programs • Oversee Salesforce technology adoption and consumption, customer relationships, CSAT, and service delivery • Participate in pursuit processes for large-scale deals, including pitch delivery, scope and team definition, pricing, and contractual arrangements • Optimize technical architecture to balance business requirements and technical capabilities • Develop and lead customer adoption strategies with Sales, Success, Technology, Products, TMP, and Support teams • Supervise solution and technical architecture for sophisticated and large customers • Serve as a billable lead architect during discovery and development • Identify and mitigate project architectural risks • Lead architecture and design of complex Salesforce projects • Provide architectural guidance to developers, administrators, business partners, and project teams • Advise customers on enterprise architecture and Salesforce’s role within it • Develop roadmaps and strategic guidance aligned with business objectives and technical solutions • Analyze requirements and assess solution feasibility • Anticipate, mitigate, and manage risks for Salesforce and customers • Mentor and develop Professional Services team members and strengthen consulting, industry, product, competency, and leadership skills • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards • Track Salesforce developments and trends and bring innovative ideas to clients • Develop internal processes, artifacts, and methodologies for strategic customer service delivery • Ensure adherence to approved methodologies • Build and drive regulated-industry solution points of view across teams • Support product teams developing industry-specific solutions for regulated industries • Build an architecture community and promote standard methodologies • Drive architecture-community enablement aligned with customer needs and cross-cloud platform expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-level technology transformation programs with Fortune 500 companies • 10+ years of relevant professional-services consulting experience • 10+ years of experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing staff • 8+ years of experience with cloud and cloud-based technologies • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services or Healthcare and Life Sciences • 8+ years of experience with data architecture • 8+ years of experience in system-to-system integration, distributed architectures, and event-driven architecture using common ESB platforms such as MuleSoft • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect achievement, desired, or on path to CTA • Experience understanding and solving customers’ pressing business challenges • Knowledge of system development, implementation, and operational-readiness concepts, practices, procedures, and deliverables • Solution acumen to develop comprehensive operational plans and address technical issues • Significant experience leading C-suite customer relationships, especially with technology and architecture leaders • Experience on pursuit teams and in proposal development • Executive-level written and oral communication and presentation skills • Willingness to travel up to 80% • Significant experience with security, compliance, scalable architectures, and highly available applications • Knowledge of DevOps and observability concepts • Significant experience with strategic roadmap planning with customer executives • Knowledge of Design Thinking and human-centered change processes
