📋 Description

• Owning and driving AI product initiatives e2e from ideation to launch to retention. • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions • Identify new product opportunities and anticipate potential risks and blockers • Collaborate with leaders of other functions to refine product strategy and execute process improvements • Build alignment and drive decision-making across company-wide initiatives • Build impactful relationships and driving collaborative initiatives across functional teams, effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels • Contribute to technical trade-offs, design clean product interfaces and abstractions, and build systems to scale customer, competitor, and market understanding throughout the organization • Work closely with Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process, from leading scrums to coordinating product releases • Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that we maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience. • Strong AI experience - agents, context, memory, agent frameworks, agent platforms. • Ability to market and explain complex AI solutions in an impactful and easy manner to our customers and non-technical audiences. • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including engaging with users, customers, partners, and industry analysts. • In-depth understanding of data integration and API complexities, data flow across diverse ecosystems, data connectors, and the modern data stack. • Experience with CRM systems and the surrounding ecosystem integrations is preferred. • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate business and technical topics and adjust to diverse audiences.
