• A university degree in computer science or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience • 7–10 years of experience leading and supporting data analysis and migration initiatives for cloud-based/SaaS HR system implementations • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR Reporting and Analytics, with a strong emphasis on statistical analysis and programming using R and/or Python • Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Power BI • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; solid proficiency in Word and PowerPoint • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and continuous learning capabilities
