📋 Description
• Work with product managers, designers, firmware, and infrastructure engineers to design, build, test, and deliver end-to-end products and features • Develop skills and knowledge across multiple technologies - Go, GraphQL, Typescript, JavaScript, React, and React Native are some of the components of our technology stack. Direct experience with these technologies is not required • Solve real life problems and optimize fleets globally • Grow as an engineer - Samsara engineers are constantly learning. We’re an engineering-first organisation with ample room for progression • Participate in a one week per quarter on-call rotation and support outage investigations in the team’s ownership domain • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on customer success, build for the long term, adopt a growth mindset, be inclusive, and win as a team) as we scale globally and across new offices
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience • Professional experience working with a team to develop real world customer facing products and features • Strong programming/coding fundamentals in a modern language such as Golang, React-native, Swift, Kotlin, or Python • Experience designing, building and maintaining user facing production systems • An ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver upon project milestones with your team
