• Lead utility planning across power (solar PV, battery storage), water (potable/non-potable, rainwater harvesting), geothermal systems, and energy distribution • Coordinate across disciplines —MEP, civil, sustainability, architecture, and construction • Direct civil infrastructure strategy including trenching, utility corridors, site lighting, and system integration • Own budgets, timelines, and phasing for utility and civil scopes • Serve as point of contact with utility providers, consultants, and permitting bodies • Translate vision into systems that are cost-effective, sustainable, and scalable
• A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering • 6+ years experience in utility and site infrastructure design • Hands-on work with solar, geothermal, or rainwater systems • Experience on large residential or mixed-use developments • Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills
