🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mineral processing operations. • Degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering preferred. • Proven process plant experience and understanding of mineral processing. • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. • Proactive, outcomes-driven, and able to foster cross-functional teamwork. • Willingness to travel up to 50%, including internationally. • Valid driver’s license required.
