• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying values • Coordinate all phases of project execution, including planning, mobilization, execution, monitoring, and closeout • Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules • Monitor project budgets, costs, risks, issues, and change requests • Act as the primary customer contact for project-related communications • Coordinate internal resources, vendors, subcontractors, materials, and service personnel • Support inventory, procurement, and logistics activities • Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reports • Collaborate with Parts & Services, Sales, and cross-functional teams • Perform other duties as assigned • Prioritize health, safety, and sustainability in project execution

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field • Experience as a Maintenance Planner, Project Planner, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager within mining • Knowledge of mining equipment and maintenance planning • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Strong project scheduling and Gantt chart skills • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to travel approximately 15% within Canada • Valid driver's licence • Bilingualism is an asset
