📋 Description

• グローバルなMDMイニシアチブの支援とガバナンス観点でのマスターデータ運用の責任 • データ品質と一貫性を推進し、データ標準、SOP、トレーニング資料の作成・維持に貢献 • 新製品ローンチやプロセス改善を含むMDM関連業務でビジネスユーザーへのガイダンスと日々のサポートを提供 • DataOpsチーム、AMSサポート、外部コンサルタントへのサポートとコーチングを提供 • SAP CoEと協力してSAP S/4HANA内でのMDMの運用と統合を確保 • SemarchyなどのMDMツール・システムの管理・監督 • 財務、サプライチェーン、製造、商業、マーケティング、品質、規制などのデータオーナーやSMEと連携して価値創造を推進 • 日本のビジネスステークホルダーと連携し、日本でのMDM組織構築とグローバルフレームワークへの取り込みを支援 • Support global MDM processes, lead data initiatives, and drive continuous improvement through data cleansing and migration efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 日本語の堪能さおよびビジネスレベルの英語力は必須 • 学士号取得 • IT分野で8年以上の実務経験、うち少なくとも5年以上はデータ領域での経験 • 少なくとも1つのMDMツールの使用経験およびエンドツーエンドのMDM導入経験 • サプライチェーンプロセスおよび関連データの経験 • ライフサイエンス業界での経験があれば理想的 • SAP S/4HANAなどのERP経験があれば尚可 • Strong, personal drive, fast learner, strong communicator, and team leadership skills • Ability and Agility to work in a multicultural setup whilst respecting cultural differences • Experience in data quality, governance, cleansing & migration, and basic data modeling • Experience in managing key master data like Material, Product, Customer, Vendor
