• Lead and drive business development efforts in Italy with focus on digital transformation within Core Banking for banking customers. • Take charge of sales, sales management, and key accounts to ensure the success of the business in Italy. • Contribute to SAP Fioneer’s strategic and business planning processes, ensuring alignment with business plans and operational strategies. • Drive opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle by acquiring new logos, growing existing accounts, and expanding SAP Fioneer’s footprint in current customers. • Establish value-driven and trusting relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and colleagues. • Approach the role with a focus on creating excitement around solutions and transforming how value is delivered. • Foster a culture centered on innovation, execution, and accountability.
• Over 15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally in the Financial Services Industry (FSI). • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or relevant fields. • Proven track record in software sales within the Banking and FSI industry, focusing on TRBK. • Strong understanding of SAP’s products in the market. • Results-driven senior sales executive with skills to originate, advance, and close sales opportunities. • Experience with SAP Banking Solutions is an asset. • Excellent speaking and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex deal elements in an engaging way for C-level customers. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused, changing environment, working independently and self-directed. • Enthusiastic learner, adaptable, and always seeking to leverage abilities. • Entrepreneurial spirit.
