📋 Description
• Design transmission lines in the 69kV to 765kV range • Mentor and train design team members • Coordinate design activities to comply with specifications and client requirements • Prepare technical reports and studies • Perform independent reviews of work by others
🎯 Requirements
• BS degree from a Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board-accredited undergraduate program or a US based ABET-accredited program • 10 or more years of transmission design experience • Proficiency with PLS-CADD software • Experience with scopes of work and conceptual designs • Knowledge of engineering standards including NESC, IEC, ASCE, ACI, IEEE and ANSI • Experience reviewing design drawings created by others.
