📋 Description

• Ensure 1st level support for the assigned product lines • Advise customers on all technical issues in field service within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors • Carry out service assignments independently (installations, qualifications, maintenance, repairs and remote support) • Accurately document performed work within the highly regulated environment of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry

🎯 Requirements

• Degree as a state-recognized technician or a completed vocational qualification with a focus on refrigeration and HVAC, medical technology, electrical or automation engineering, or an equivalent qualification • Extensive experience in field service and confident in customer-facing situations • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Ability to work independently and structure your own workday • Willingness to travel approximately 70% • Enjoy travel within the D-A-CH-NL region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands) and be flexible
