• Develops end-to-end solutions for customers that seamlessly integrate Veradigm products and services. • Oversees a team responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, communicating and coordinating between internal and external teams to achieve solution goals, managing projects to integrate technical solutions, and ensuring solutions meet timeline and budget deliverables. • Develops solutions requirements, drives collaborative efforts across teams, mitigates risks, and removes obstacles to success. • Manages end-to-end solutions for customers, ensuring seamless integration of Veradigm products and services. • Translates market opportunities into customer solutions. • Manages projects, including timeline and deadline development, running and leading scrums, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Serves as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Develops and maintains comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, project plans, and reports. • Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks and issues, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of solutions. • Hires, develops, leads, manages, evaluates, trains, and mentors a team of professionals tasked with bringing customer solutions to fruition. • Drives and executes software development lifecycle (SDLC) as well as product, program, or solution roadmap.
• Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent Technical / Business experience • Master's degree (Preferred)- in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • 8+ years of relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Expert level or equivalent experience. • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment. • Expert understanding of Veradigm product lines. • In-depth understanding of customers, competitors, and the healthcare industry. • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
