📋 Description

• Manage the monthly and quarterly global financial consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations through the oversight of a consolidations supervisor. • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and support the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements. • Guide and assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, as well as earnings releases. • Oversee and support the SEC reporting manager who is primarily responsible for these reporting documents • Research and document technical accounting issues and provide guidance on complex transactions (e.g., revenue recognition, lease accounting, stock-based compensation, impairments, etc.). • Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, tax, legal, and business unit accounting teams to support accurate financial reporting. • Support internal and external audit processes, including preparation of audit schedules,responding to audit inquiries, and management of audit request workflow. • Maintain and improve consolidation systems and related internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred. • Minimum 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3+ years in a U.S. public company environment. • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and the ability to research and draft accounting position memos. • Experience drafting and reviewing SEC reporting documents, such as 10-K and 10-Q. • Previous experience managing multi-entity global consolidations. • Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) and/or experience with complex international group structures is a plus. • Proficiency with financial reporting and consolidation tools (e.g., Adaptive, Acumatica, or similar). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
