• 3-6+ years' experience running business development at a Fitness/B2C/Tech company • Extensive experience in the ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close • Define business development strategy, ability to take broad concepts to form action plans, and execute on them • Establish and foster lasting relationships with customers, partners, and clients • Driven by results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks • Able to educate customers on the value of STEPN throughout the adoption cycle • Identify customer needs and collaborate with STEPN teammates to ensure customer success • Communicate and organize/raise issues appropriately including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
