• Define event development strategy and execute on them • Driven for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks • Oversee a variety of vendors, venue partners and internal teams to ensure they are working together to deliver a high-quality experience • Demonstrate excellent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving capability in a very fast-paced environment • Passion for building global programs and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years' community event experience at a Fitness/B2C/Tech • Excellent knowledge of and hands-on experience with all aspects of event management, logistics, vendor negotiation, and marketing • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders
