📋 Description

• Own the Regional Playbook: Partner with Sales and Channel leaders to create quarterly marketing strategies that move the needle on pipeline, growth, and market share. • Drive Demand & Results: Manage budgets, metrics, and program ROI with a relentless focus on business outcomes. • Bring Campaigns to Life: Localize and supercharge global campaigns so they resonate with regional buyers, partners, and influencers. • Power Digital Growth: Launch digital campaigns, webinars, and co-marketing programs that capture attention and convert interest into opportunities. • Fuel Partner Success: Design and execute joint marketing initiatives with top alliance and channel partners, maximizing impact and ROI. • Lead & Inspire: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team that thrives on collaboration and results.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of proven success in B2B field or partner marketing, including team leadership experience. • Channel champion mindset with deep understanding of partner ecosystems and how to market to and through them. • Strong grasp of the marketing-sales funnel and ability to accelerate pipeline growth. • Data-driven decision making; ability to measure and optimize ROI across campaigns and programs. • Track record of influencing cross-functional leaders and building trusted relationships with Sales and Marketing executives. • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools to manage funnel metrics and reporting. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
