🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or JD is a plus. • 10+ years of professional working experience. • Proven experience (preferably 5+ years) as a Construction Contracts Manager, with specific expertise in renewable energy sectors. • Data center experience a plus • In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, contract negotiation, and project management principles. • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, including solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and wind. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess contractual risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
