📋 Description

• Define, prioritize, and deliver the roadmap for our clearing, settlement and custody solutions • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and partners to build, launch, and iterate on impactful product initiatives • Establish strong relationships with external partners • Translate market research, quantitative data analysis, user and client feedback into a cohesive product vision

🎯 Requirements

• Practical product management experience as a PM or by driving product-focused projects in a dynamic startup or tech environment • Strong academic background with a degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field • Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions • Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence • Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary) • Great understanding of product management practices and incorporating diverse inputs into product strategy
