📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and maintain virtualization infrastructure built on Linux KVM and other related platforms. • Administer and support Windows and Linux server environments, prioritizing practical experience over certifications. • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and hardware issues to ensure high system performance. • Handle L2/L3 escalations, perform advanced diagnostics, and resolve system outages or performance issues. • Manage and support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies such as Inuvika and Leostream. • Monitor and maintain system capacity, storage, and performance using management tools such as Enable (MDM), Site 24/7, Manage Engine, Centrion, and Netbox. • Collaborate with clients to ensure effective communication and problem resolution. • Document processes, configurations, and resolutions in a structured, clear manner. • Contribute to projects, migrations, and infrastructure improvements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Linux administration and KVM virtualization. • Strong background in virtualization platforms, VDI technologies, and infrastructure troubleshooting. • Solid experience in both Windows and Linux environments. • Strong understanding of hardware, networking, and infrastructure systems (Dell, HP, Aruba, Fortigate, Pure Storage). • Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills. • Proven experience managing complex infrastructure and supporting enterprise-scale deployments.
