📋 Description

• Optimize the company's Shopify store to enhance user experience, user journey, and maximize sales. • Implement A/B tests on landing pages, checkout flow, and product pages to drive conversions. • Develop and execute sales funnel strategies to reduce cart abandonment. • Use data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, Hotjar, heatmaps) to track KPIs and identify optimization opportunities. • Collaborate closely with Paid Traffic Manager and Marketing team to align store strategies with paid ads, visual assets, and product catalog performance. • Drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies and conversion optimization. • Key expectation within 6 months: increase conversion rate by at least 25%.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations. • Expert-level Shopify knowledge (themes, apps, integrations). • Proven success in CRO, A/B testing, and increasing key metrics. • Ability to analyze and act on customer data to drive growth. • Self-sufficient and proactive work style. • Familiarity with paid ads and SEO (nice-to-have). • Experience with TikTok Shop and emerging e-commerce platforms (nice-to-have). • Knowledge of email automation tools like Klaviyo (nice-to-have).
