• Campaign strategy and setup following funnel logic (TOFU/BOFU): objectives (lead generation + brand building), budgets, naming conventions, audiences (broad/interests/lookalikes/remarketing), placements. • Assist with setup of Conversions API/Pixels, GA4 + GTM, and UTM parameters. • KPI management on Meta & Google: CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPL/CPA, ROAS. • Formulate hypotheses, plan tests, analyze results, and feed learnings back into campaigns. • Prepare access provisioning, expectation management, ramp-up, and the test roadmap. • Quality assurance in day-to-day operations: pre-flight QA, daily monitoring, weekly reviews.
• 2+ years' experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience on Meta & Google focused on direct response/lead generation. • Strong tracking skills: GA4, GTM, Pixels/Conversions API, UTM. • Direct-response copy and offer mindset: you understand hooks, landing-page fit, and test based on clear hypotheses. • Routine in budget management and campaign scaling on a daily and weekly cadence. • German (C1+), English (B2).
