• Scale LLP is inviting experienced attorneys to join its growing national practice. • Scale provides attorneys a more satisfying, flexible, lucrative practice and clients efficient legal services. • Scale attorneys are not salaried but earn a percentage of fees collected from clients. • Looking for excellent attorneys of all stripes, including from senior in-house positions.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or reputable company • Graduated from a top-tier law school or demonstrate a sustained reputation in industry • Identify at least one anchor client and articulate a clear business development plan if applying as counsel • Prepared to demonstrate a significant transferable book of originations for lateral partnership
