📋 Description

• Define and evolve ScalePad’s product positioning and messaging across our portfolio. • Build and maintain a deep understanding of our markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape. • Partner with Product and Marketing leadership to define opportunities for differentiation, growth, and expansion. • Analyze and size the MSP market across our key regions to define our total addressable market (TAM). • Ensure product and value messaging is consistently represented across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. • Own the strategy and execution for product launches, ensuring every release is impactful, coordinated, and aligned with business goals. • Manage, mentor, and scale a team of product marketers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing teams. • Experience marketing to IT, MSP, or similar B2B technology audiences is a strong plus. • Proven success leading go-to-market strategies for multi-product portfolios. • Deep understanding of PLG motions and how to integrate them within hybrid (sales + product-led) models. • Strength in storytelling, narrative development, and category creation. • Experience with pricing, packaging, and segmentation strategy. • People-first leader with a passion for coaching, developing, and elevating teams and supporting career growth for their direct reports. • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills—able to influence at all levels. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.
